Monitoring WTP

Monitoring WTP is the first programmable and remotely manageable monitoring system. It can monitor the presence of water in oil, temperature changes, and ISO 4406 and NAS 1638 contamination classes 24/7. The “live” data recorded by Monitoring WTP is always visible on our dedicated GattiFuture platform, from which trends can also be downloaded.

In case of an anomaly, the sensor sends an alert to the customer and to our GFL laboratory and operations center, which will intervene within a few hours to resolve the issue. All our sensors are produced internally, branded Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti, and are installed, maintained, and monitored by our qualified staff. They are used with mineral oils, synthetic oils, and biodegradable oils.
