Coolant Filtration: this service reduces the concentration of hydrocarbons using a coalescing filter that separates oily substances and hydrocarbons from water. It helps eliminate metal dust and prevents the growth of anaerobic bacteria and bad odors. This improves the performance of the coolant, reduces oil purchase and disposal costs, and decreases maintenance costs. Our equipment is available in three versions: with a flow rate of up to 600 liters per hour, up to 1,500 liters, and custom-made units.

Cutting Oil Filtration: we remove fine particulate matter present in internal oil, thus increasing both tool and machine performance. Used both on-machine and in centralized systems, our filtration units employ washable cartridges and are available in three versions: automatic with remote management, standard, or fully customized, including in large sizes. These systems reduce heat and oily mist production, extend the life cycle of the lubricant, and lower maintenance costs.
